On behalf of LexisNexis Martindale-Hubbell, I’d like to apologize for this error, and thank you for alerting us to it. I just sent you an email with a detailed account of what happened. In the meantime, I wanted to make it clear that we take this sort of mistake very seriously. After reviewing the situation with the appropriate vendor, we decided to suspend the program that gave rise to this error, pending further staff training.

As I said in my email to you, we are committed to ensuring the accuracy and relevancy of all marketing activities conducted under the LexisNexis Martindale-Hubbell name. We’re now redoubling our efforts to ensure nothing like this happens in future.
